  • 1.  Confusion about offset parameter defined on TMF630 Rest API

    We are trying to implement offset / limit logic for paged data access. Based on description and name we assumed offset start with 0, but in example there a confusing case:

    here is the definition:

    and examples:


    last example is confusing (or even may be wrong)

    Assume we have records with id numbers and served in ordered by id: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13...

    for last example it suppose to return:

    10,11,12,13....28,29? 

    based on explanation it has to be

    11,12,13,....28,29,30

    I guess there is a conflict...

    Hi Ender,

    You are completely right, my bad there and no one noticed so far...
    with 1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9;10;11;12;13;14;15;16;17;18;19;20;21;22;23;24;25;26;27;28;29;30;31...
    ?offset=0&limit=20 would return 1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9;10;11;12;13;14;15;16;17;18;19;20
    ?offset=10&limit=20 would return 11;12;13;14;15;16;17;18;19;20;21;22;23;24;25;26;27;28;29;30 => so here it from the 11th (not 10th as currently mentioned) item
    Will get that fixed.
