I am looking for Drivers from a Service Provider perspective to implement FMC, whether these are Positive or Negative on Customer Experience, Market Share, &/or Revenue.
e.g It simplifies and streamlines Dunning activities without extra steps or reconciliation,
or new offerings based on a combination of fixed and mobile products
Unfortunately, most of the literature available takes the topic only from a Customer Perspective (whether B2C or B2B).
