I assume it could be the TMF651 Agreement API, which can be used to create an agreement with "agreementType": "debitOrderConsent". And then, the TMF629 Customer Management API, in which for a specific customer, the agreement array should be updated by adding another reference to this debitOrderConsent agreement.
