Does TMF 676 POST for BankCard means the payment is already collected from some payment gateway

  • 1.  Does TMF 676 POST for BankCard means the payment is already collected from some payment gateway

    TMF676 POST is supposed to create a payment. The user guide says that its a performed payment.

    In case of BankCard, does the post mean that the amount is already collected for some payment gateway and should be only recorded ?

    Or does it mean once we receive TMF 676 / POST we need to connect to a payment gateway to collect the payment using the details provided in the payment method ?
