esim self activation APIs is concluded by TMF702. May I know related SID assets that enables service providers to model their eSIM self-activation API data to align with TMF702 and ensure interoperability with other service providers and systems in the industry

To the best of my knowledge the Information Framework (SID) is non-opionated on models for specific lines-of-business (such as mobile). So the SID will speak about Resources (logical and physical), but it won't speak in a normative way about SIMs and MSISDNs (for example). Best-practice modeling is being done in other TMF assets, for example in ODA end-to-end use cases.
BTW self-activation of eSIM would be a great addition to the ODA use cases.
