Hello team,

Can Campaign manager be used to notify other system based on specific triggers or business events as per tmforum(system event driven), or is it to be used only for sending communication to the customer only (customer facing)?

Hi,

The event driven architecture is always good approach while integrating with system which increases scalability, and resilience.  Please weigh the EA design points for finalizing the final approach.

Event driven architecture is fine but as per tmforum do we use campaign, only to send communication to the customer or we can use campaigns to notify system to perform action when criteria meets.
