  • 1.  Figures in GB921 Addendum L

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I'm looking for some figures in GB921 Addendum L - Leveraging Level 4 Process Elements and Process Flows in Support of ITIL .

    But some figures in that document are not clear : it's small and blur.

    Where I can find those figures with better quality ? Pls.

    Hi,
    This can happen when TMF generates A4 word/pdf document from confluence WIKI content.
    I found that the the best way to get better diagrams is to go to the source file.
    in many cases, the source file/diagram is available in the project's wiki page (you must join the project, ISA is the project for IF and BPF)
    TMF meeting minutes (also wiki) and TMF JIRA also have, occasionaly, source files provided by members.

    It's a bit time consuming but I think it's still the fastest way to get the better files.

    Adding TMF focals, perhaps they can verify the publication process and correct where necessary
