    Hi,

    When we do ServiceQualification for a given address via TMF645 for the service available (e.g. access type (fiber, ADSL, etc) and speed), there is a scenario where no service is available.

    Instead of responding to the user that no service is available, we would like to respond that we can build the access (e.g. fiber) to the given address with the build cost and time quote.

    Should we use TMF648 to retrieve the quote information or should we extend TMF645 response to incorporate quote information?
