I am exploring ways to enhance our customer segmentation strategy particularly for foreign users, and i am seeking insights from industry experts. Specifically, I have the following questions:

    1. How do leading telecommunications companies categorise their foreign users?

    2. What criteria and segmentation methods are commonly used?

    3. Which segmentation methods have proven to be the most effective for categorising foreign users?

    4. Are there particular approaches or frameworks that have shown better results in aligning with business objectives?

    5. In terms of dividing foreign users into segments, what categories or criteria are considered most efficient?

I am particularly interested in understanding how these strategies align with digital transformation, the role of AI and data analytics, and best practices for ensuring business assurance. Any recommendations or case studies would be greatly appreciated.
