    Hello Team,

    This is regarding the scenario for the orders like Change or Address / Change of Technology.

    1. The product actions set (as Modify) by CPQ for the root service and transaction charges are included.
    2. Child products (Add-Ons) are configured in the catalogue as separate PO. And CPQ would set the action as 'No Change' for the same if there is no change in Child products (Add-Ons).
      1. Moreover, If CPQ updates the Action as Modify, latest price related information will be captured from catalogue. This would be against the business rules, as the existing prices of inventory (let's say legacy prices) needs to be continued for CoT/CoA in case the catalogue has revised prices.
    3. But to fulfill the order in downstream it is expected by SOM to receive it as a Modify. Otherwise SOM won't consider the child POs(Add-Ons) for processing.

    We are facing challenges for the Yellow highlighted cell in the above table.

    Need your kind suggestion on the best practice to handle such scenario.
