    We are looking for Workforce Management API specifications specifically for OSS/BSS.

     

    Can someone please provide the  standard/specification details defined for OSS/BSS Workforce Management.

    In the Open API beta table you will find a Work Order API TMF697 https://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=128855518
    There is also a Work Order Qualification API TMF714, and a Work Management API TMF713, both are (well) in work, assets not yet published.
    And of course there is a mature Appointment API TMF646 in the main API table https://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/display/API/Open+API+Table
    I understand that efforts are being made to expedite publication of these assets.

    We gone through the Appointment Management API TMF 646 but it's not the solution what we are looking for ,what @Jonathan has send that is relatively the same what we are looking for.
