Hi Team,
Can some one tell me where can i find resource model and api documentation for Product Offering Price Charge.

Hi Deepa
There is no such entity in the Open API model, to the best of my knowledge.
At catalog level (TMF620) we have ProductOfferingPrice, which will ultimately cause generation of ProductPrices (in inventory TMF637), AppliedCustomerBillingRates (in Bill management TMF678) and possibly also usages (TMF635).

I was going to reply, yes we do: TMF620!
TMF620 has POP, which are mostly charges and with @Type you have "ProductOfferingPriceCharge".
In the SID, "Product Offering Price Charge" is defined a sub-class of POP and it's called ProdOfferPriceCharge.
