    Hi,

    i wanted to know if there is any project plan that i can refer for a fiber broadband delivery for a customer?

    Not sure that TM Forum deals with detailed project plans, Shubham.

    Nearest I can think of are ODA use cases in IG1228. There are example ordering use cases UC003 and UC004 for order and delivery of fiber broadband.

    Hi Shubham,

    Whilst not a project plan, you might be interested to know that we have a new membe project called: Standardizing Wholesale Broadband - Fibre Access (BFA).

    It's first few activities include the following which you might find of interest: 

    • 01_Standardized Provision/Fulfilment Process
    • 02_Business Models/Processes
    • 03_Standardized APIs

    The larger CSPs have automated most of this and are bringing their solutions to the table for consideration.
