According to GB922, during the execution phase showing in the picture, the BSS domain is primarily engaged in 'order handling' process, while the OSS domain focuses on another process. However, what about when assembling layer by layer from RES to P? How do BSS and OSS work together in the design phase ? How does BSS get involved ? What is the design process or design sequence? How does the data flow around?

Take a look at some of the ODA use cases, that show interactions between the various layers during order capture. TMFS002 and TMFS003 would probably be the best places to go; admittedly they are referring to residential use cases, but worth a look
