No APIs that currently deal with RMA. Possibly you could add such as an extension of Product Order (TMF622), and handle the return shipment as a shipping order (TMF700). I'm not sure if there is enough standardization around the processes related to RMA to justify introduction into the core Open API standard.

You have to search the various assets to find the right model, process etc.
for instance, if I search "return" in the business process framework (GB921), finder quickly finds several results, including:
"Support Resource Trouble Management" (Process Identifier: 1.5.4.3) that includes:
"Establishing and managing resource instance return and repair programs and associated processes, including both service provider and other parties repair activities"
if repair requires labour, then you can use work order. I think there was a API for that TMF 697.
for a wider search, the TMF wiki is usually my preferred place. but you need to have joined the various projects to be able to search their space.
