SID - ServiceSpecCharUse and ServiceSpecCharValueUse not used in Open API

    Hi Team,

    in Service Domain SID model below 2 BEs exist under Service Specification ABE, but same not visible in Open API 633, is this below given BEs having any significance in SID? if have then why not  exist in Open API?

    ServiceSpecCharUse and ServiceSpecCharValueUse
    #OpenDigitalArchitecture
