Open APIs

How do you specify the purpose of a payment in the request payload of TMF676? By "purpose of payment," I mean indicating whether the payment is for open bills, a deposit amount, or pending installments.

The paymentItem.item is typically used for this.  The @referredType field represents the specialization of the payment entity, e.g. customer bill, customer product order, etc (see below).  @Dominic Oyeniran is currently working on the V5 version of TMF676 Payment Management and TMF670 Payment Method API, which introduces new task resources to initiate payments, refunds, etc.  So if you have any enhancements you would like to this API, now is the time to speak out :-)
