Hi Team,
While referring to TMF666 v5.0.0 – Account Management Conformance Profile, I noticed an apparent inconsistency regarding the Billing Account POST API.
In one section, it is mentioned that only the name and certain relatedParty fields are mandatory. However, elsewhere in the document, it states that a billing account must have a bill structure, though the heading above that section reads "Mandatory when parent is present."
Could you please clarify whether the billStructure attribute is indeed mandatory when creating a billing account via the POST API, or only required under specific conditions ?
