    Hi All,

    I am new to Telecom domain and currently involving in the design of diagnostic API development . I could come across two types of Test Management in diagnostics  but unable to differentiate both or see a very thin layer between these. As per my understanding, the Product will be tested against the service offered by the supplier/ISPs .

    Could some one help me with the difference between Product Test and Service Test ? How the product is tested without underlying services offered for the product?
