Open APIs

I have gone through TMF620 and GB922-Product and can understand the concepts. I understand the product specification schema (https://github.com/tmforum-rand/schemas/blob/candidates/Product/ProductSpecification.schema.json) and the types involved (UsageVolumeProductSpec, RatePlanProductSpec, etc) but there is no information on how to create a product spec. TMF620 and the corresponding TMFAPISWAGGER (https://github.com/tmforum/TMFAPISWAGGER/blob/develop/productCatalog/v3/swagger2.json) documents importJob, but what is it importing? There is no POST /productSpecification in this swagger, but there is  a GET /productSpecification. Does the file its importing have product specification json data conforming to the ProductSpecification schema? Can someone elaborate or provide an example or point me to some documents on this for more information please. Thank you
