Is there a reason why TMF641 supports orderCharacteristic for a ServiceOrder but TMF622 does not for a ProductOrder? We have a need to pass the reason for delaying the cessation of a product termination in a PATCH operation on the original Product Order. We can pass the delay reason as an orderCharacteristic on the amended ServiceOrder but can't use the same mechanism in the parent Product Order.
