Open APIs

Hi,
TMF630, Part 1 (V4.2.0), chapters 1.7 and 1.8 list [RFC2730], [RFC2731], [RFC2732],[RFC2734], [RFC2735].
Maybe [RFC7230], [RFC7231], [RFC7232],[RFC7234], [RFC7235] should be the correct ones?
