Thank You @Dave Milham for providng the document link ! I am interested in the unpublished workthat you mentioned in your reply, if its okay to share.
In TMFS002 (link below), TMF645 is used for performing Technical Eligibility Test of product specification. It's also mentioned there that "The test is configurated with the CFS specification identifier associated to the Fiber Access Product specification."
Here is my question:
Does this mean that the purpose of TMF645 is to qualify product specification, and inorder to accomplish this, the TMF645 query should constructured using CFSSpec characteristics specific to that product specification ? And does that mean there should be a CFSSpec ID unique to a product specification ?

Dilip,
We did write a best practice guide with examples based on two use cases one from BT, the other from Orange. The recommendation is Product specs are a restriction (profile) of a CFS and there can be M restrictions
See Product & Service Modelling Best Practices – Conforming to ODA v2.0.0 (IG1233) – TM Forum
Feedback welcome.
We do have some unpublished work on CFSS-RFSS and RF best practice.

Hi,
I have few questions around TMF645 and hoping the experts here could help clarify them. @Ludovic Robert @Jonathan Goldberg
1) What is the ODA recommendation for the cardinality of relationship between Product Specification and Service Specification? Is it recommended to keep them 1:1 ?
2) Is the scope of TMF645 restricted to AccessCFS only or is it CFS in general ?
3) Is it accurate to say that Product Specification restricts the underlying CFS ? If yes, then in the context of customer interaction, to check the eligibility of a product specification at a particular location, is it accurate to say that TMF645 should be queried using the CFS associated with that product specification ?
4) If in case multiple CFSs are required to realize a product specification, if it fair to say that the relationship would look like "Product Specification -(realized by)->CFS-(depends on)->multiple CFSs
