How do we use TMF645 if service is already active on the given address? If the connectivity service is active for a customer with e.g. 400Mbps and the TMF645 returns that 1Gbps is available at that location. In the case that 1Gbps requires another type of CPE than currently installed, I assume that the response from TMF645 should be used to check against service catalog (which CPE is required for this connectivity service bandwidth) and then with service inventory (which CPE is in use) in order to signal to the commerce level that the change order needs to be in place. Any thoughts on this?
Btw UC002 in IG1228 looks only into the new installation.
