Open APIs

Use Case is to create a contract between my company (telecom operator) and owner of the cell site in order to build a site on that location. In this API - I don't see fields for Market (or Circle name) which represents our company specific name that represents certain geographic area. Also, I don't see fields for And same for site address or cost center for payments.

Are there any other related API's for this use case?

Wouldn't you model these as part of the related party list for the Agreement?
