I have use case where User can select multiple packs (having some TV channels) plans and individual TV channels as well. When the user is done with the selections i need to check channels for duplication (to avoid double charge) based on some business rules and also calculate the final price/NCF charges.After this dedupe the cart needs to be created.Can we use TMF760 for this use case?

Yes you can. You can use this API to pass customer selected "packs" to the product configurator service (TMFC027) and TMFC027 can validate the customer selection. or it can externalise the validation to a external policy component.
