  • 1.  Which OpenAPI to query Credit Notes based on Customer Account ID

    One of our members from Latin America is looking to use one OpenAPI to query Credit Notes based on the Customer Account ID.
    An initial inspection of available OpenAPIs points towards the TMF678 - Customer Bill, but they want to make sure that's the best option.

    Could anyone please advice? Appreciating your comments.

    Attached is a sample of the response structure.

    Hi Javier

    TMF678 Customer Bill Management API is most likely the best fit without knowing more specifically the exact use case.  The API has a reference to the TMF676 applied payment (or refund in this case) and supports an attachment consisting of a bill document, such as the credit note.
