The purpose of this report is to share and discuss insights and trends in revenue assurance (RA) and to provide telecom operators and their RA functions with business value improvement paths.
The RA survey, consisting of about 25 straight-forward questions, was taken by over 140 survey participants worldwide.
It was created and produced by a team of experienced volunteers from the TM Forum Revenue Assurance collaboration team.
